Real-time Retro-futuristic Interior Environment

This is my final uni project, based on the concept of a house which follows retro-futuristic design aesthetics.
This is a game-ready scene, and features various interactive elements such as flickering lights and particle effects, which I can't show here due to file size restrictions.
Modelled in 3DS Max, textured in Photoshop, Substance Painter & Unreal Engine, and rendered in Unreal Engine.
